We will automatically reject inquiries that require us to fullfill their order quickly.
If you are rushing, do not order here.

Every customer requires to enter a Waitlist for Custom Order. (1 to 6 months, Yes it's a long wait)

Small amount of deposit will be needed to confirm your order or else the order will not be placed.

Reply will take sometimes, Please be patience. We will also send drawing for confirmation. Everything will be done by our designer.

Price is cheaper than in stock product because the mirror will be Made in Malaysia, with some parts imported from China, Europe and USA, the Quality will also be different.

Most custom made order that have bulbs socket will not be able to dim with the Touch Sensor because we do not have a dimmable bulbs for custom order. Only LED Strip design can be dimmed with the Touch Sensor.

Please be at home when we are delivering to you because we do not have our own Transport, we usually pays runner to do the job and each time we fail to deliver to you we have to pay another fees again for the runner to deliver your order. If you are not available and does not prioritize our delivery, we can refund you anytime and blacklist from future business. Each runner delivery cost us RM500 (3 to 8 hours trip). We usually cover this until we can no longer cover the cost for you, especially when you are not at home during failed delivery multiple times.

Crystal mirror is not available for Custom Made at this time, although we have already made a few with Customized Name.

Once you are accepted to receive our Custom Made order. You are required to place a small deposit to confirm your order.
No change can be made after order is confirmed.

No Fussy Customer
Fussy customer will be blacklisted immediately and we have the right to refund your payment and cancel your order.

No Pushy Customer
You should know that you are ordering a mirror that is CUSTOM MADE JUST FOR YOU, So you should understand how long it will take to make one order for individual.

We are very happy to refund your payment anytime, But only when your mirror has not been made or not in the making process.
We will consider to refund you full or partial if material has been used  to make your order.
